We'll find a stone you'll like
and can email you a photo of it
before we start just to make sure!
When we find the right stone and we know all of the charges - tax - shipping etc. and we have a total cost - payment is required before carving in stone - the final step. Once we have received full payment via Palpal invoice or check we can finish creating your special order.
We will lovingly create, pack and ship
your Custom Carved Stone to your
doorstep, usually within 3-4 weeks!

RETURN POLICY

A stock item may be returned within 30 days with no damages to the item and with prior authorization.

If it is a custom rock, we always send a layout for you to proof read and approve and a photo of the stone to be used prior to the actual engraving. Once you have proof read and given approval of artwork - returns will be accepted on a case by case basis.
